The WCDA will be governed by a Soccer Advisory Board composed of coaching directors from participating clubs. This method of governance will give soccer people meaningful control over the practical aspects of the league and its evolution. The committee will also be responsible for disciplinary matters.
The following six coaching directors from participating clubs will constitute the initial members of the Soccer Advisory Board:
